Refund policy

 

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving your item. The return period expires 14 days after the day you—or a third party other than the carrier—receive the goods.

To request a return or cancellation, please contact us through our CONTACT us form with your order details and the reason for your request.

Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Your financial institution may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. No additional fees apply for approved refunds.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return:

  • *The item must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
  • *The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

Eligible and Non-Eligible Returns

Damaged Items:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once reviewed and approved, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

Undamaged Items:
If the product is not damaged but you wish to return it for personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a 2% restocking fee may apply. The item must be returned in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • *Custom or personalized goods including custom prints
  • *Perishable items or items past their expiration date
  • *Opened items not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons
  • *Items that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery

*RILEXE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

RETURNING GOODS

All returns must be submitted through a return request and approved by RILEXE before any item is shipped back. Returns sent without prior approval are not the responsibility of RILEXE and are not eligible for a refund.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions specific to your case:

  • If approved for a free return:
    You will receive a complimentary return label. You must use the provided label and return the item within the specified due date to the return address listed on the label.
  • If approved for a paid return:
    You may choose one of the following options:
    • *Request a paid return label from RILEXE and follow the provided instructions; or
    • *If using your own carrier, the item must be shipped with tracking to the return address provided after approval.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged and shipped with tracking. Refunds are issued only for approved return requests and only after the item is received in its original condition and passes inspection.

GIFTS

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the return value. If the gift was first shipped to the giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
